Yesterday ( May 17, 2017), We rented our black Volvo SUV and left Florence for the gorgeous resort in Tuscany. The Resort is in the countryside 1.5 hours from Florence and 45 minutes from a cute town named Siena.
The resort is called the Borgo Santo Pietro and it is beautiful. While only 16 rooms here, there's acres and acres of land with plenty of things to do(but prepare to have to put down $$$ for excursions on the property - only downside is a lot is not included). It is quite relaxing after all the walking we did in Florence. 25 miles in 2 days! How?!
